Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from Belgium as quickly as possible. You will generally receive your order within 7 business days or less.
If you are located in Belgium, you can select the “Studio Pickup” option to collect your order directly from my studio in Wasseiges.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped to countries within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties.
However, orders shipped to the United States, the UK, or any other country outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Packaging and Care
Each painting is carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care, using protective bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box.
In five years of shipping my artwork, not a single painting has been damaged during delivery.
Shipping
All orders can be: either picked up from the atelier free of charge, or shipped (fees not included).
Small formats are sent with the local post office, but large paintings or grouped shipments require a specific and more expensive service.
The paintings are shipped in the days following the order, the time to pack them carefully and hand them over to the appropriate postal service.
